Chelmsford Ravers are delighted to announce to you, the fourth installment of The Black Hole. Just over 1 year on from the very first Black Hole, we bring our party back to the venue that it all started, now known as Barhouse. Thanks to help of Barhouse and the OK from the council Barhouse will remain open until 5am for this night!!
As its Christmas, we thought we’d throw in a couple of surprises for you. Both making a return to their home county and making their Black Hole debuts will be none other than…. Herve & Esser!!
Herve is one of the most Sought after DJ/Producers in the world and the leader of his scene right now – Check out his myspace for more info – www.myspace.com/hervespace. Herve works under many guises (Count & Sinden / Action Man / Machines dont care / Voodoo Chilli / Speaker Junk). Joining Herve on his homecoming crusade is one of Chelmsford’s own, former drummer of punchy alternative threesome Ladyfuzz turned catchy Indie-Pop sensation, Esser.
Playing at Reading and Leeds festival 08, and supporting the likes of Razorlight and Foals is just a taster of what he has been up to recently, and with his new single “Satisfied” just released it looks like the sky’s the limit for the rapidly rising star Ben Esser.

As if that wasn’t enough for you, Chelmsford Ravers are proud to present our host’ for the infamous upstairs area… ‘Bangers & Smash!’ to host upstairs. Bangers & Smash have already smashed Chelmsford with their 1st event Party In My Pub (PIMP)!
