Harry Mccanna
Harry Mccanna is an Essex based DJ who began Djing in October 2007 after being inspired by his summer of live music including Daft Punk, Erol Alkan and LCD Soundsystem.
Music has always been a big part of Harry’s life, being a keen drummer since the age of 14, he got an early taste for playing live in bands. This love of performing then continued when began he DJing, even if it was just playing music to his friends.
Harry’s first public set was in June 08, at The Fleece in Chelmsford, since then he has gone on to play such nights as Esser’s Midnight Moonstomp, Black Hole III and Black Hole IV, alongside Herve, a Dj that Harry had been inspired by when first DJing.
Harry’s enthusiasm and love for what he does is evident in the sets he plays, which are constantly changing, but always for the better.
